Day 356: Animal Pileup

image

They show their love for each other in weird, weird ways. At the end of a day where dogwood winter has set in the animals want to pile up like puppies.

Not only is Isabella hugging her brother’s butt, she is getting squashed by my legs wrapped up in blankets. She stayed like this for over 30 minutes. That is a fairly long time for our spazz of a cat.

Day 300: Dog and his Bone

image

I love this picture of Tybalt because he isn’t just of a blur of frantic gnawing. He was smelling and inspecting the tastiest bit of his bone to go for next.
It almost looks like I’ve captured him in an intimate moment…with and inanimate object.

Day 283: Sleeping Handsomes

Tybalt really likes to cuddle. Typically by 9:30 he will jump on the bed and claim his spot. He keeps his spot at the top of the bed (head on pillow) until we come to bed. Although he loves to cuddle, he gets too warm, heaves a sigh and stumbles to the foot of the bed.

Kit may look posed, but in reality, he just ignored me and was trying to sleep as I snapped (no joke) 10-15 pictures.

Beagles are such photogenic dogs. They constantly exude cuteness.

Day 258: Snuggling With Love

Once you go furry you never go back. I can’t imagine how many furry fanatics will accidently find my blog because of that first sentence. My dog and my man are furry which means they are super warm and snuggly in winter.

Tybamt especially loves to get his breakfast, go outside to do his business then return to the bed to curl up on the bed. Thankfully this means that once you do the Tybalt wake-up call, you can get some more sleep.

He typically wants his breakfast between 5:00 and 6:30 AM.
It helps to keep me from being entirely lazy all day.

Day 244: Spoiled Rotten

image

I don’t know who is more spoiled rotten, my hubbster or my dog. Just kidding. I believe I know the answer to that! How long has it been, two days since my last cute animal picture? I promise that I live on a farm and there are more than two animals. My cat and dog are just the cutest ones on the farm.

This is truly an action shot that I will have to video and properly share with the  world. You know how dogs roll onto their backs and wiggle like crazy to scratch? That is pretty much what Tybalt is doing here.

Except there is lots of snuffling and really excited breathing. He loves doing this when he is sitting between Kit and I so he can really wiggle and bother us.

Day 147: Sea Squeakers

image

This picture was too cute not to share. We recently bought Tybalt a new stuffed dolphin because I have tried sewing up the rips several times to no avail.
For one dollar, I think I can afford a new one.

Tybalt was pleased to find out there was a squeaker in this toy as well.
He is so good at finding the squeaker in fact that we don’t let him have his toys when guests come over.
His favorite is the squeaker in the sting ray because he can hold it between his paws and squeeze it until Kit or I finally get irritated with it (takes us a while to get bothered).

My puppy dog is so sweet with his love of sea creatures and squeakers. I wish I could let him meet a real sting ray or dolphin. He probably would be unable to find their squeaker :-P
