Pizza I helped make while in IL visiting my family.
My brother had never had Cheddar or kale on pizza before. He and my sister both agreed it was bomb.
Kale cooks up similarly to spinach and it can be used in so many things.
Just this summer I used it in potato soup, quiche, pizza, omelets, and I can’t remember what else.
Kale and onions are a match that begins from the garden and ends up in my frying pan. Can you tell that I have fallen in love with kale this summer?
We also put diced tomatoes, onions aand mushrooms on it. My brother is vegetarian so we accomodated for him.
