I do not know what classes you are signed up for this semester, but I bet your text book isn’t as hilarious as the cover art on mine.
This an old edition of the National Outdoor Leadership School’s (NOLS) outdoor cooking book. We made granola using the recipe inside as a base.
My group made granola with oats, butter, honey, almonds, sunflower seeds, craisins and chocolate chips. It was sooooo delicious.
What we didn’t eat will go with us on our overnight next week. Can’t wait to make more granola and keep fiddling with the recipe.
